 How much do you charge for shipping?
WITHIN AUSTRALIA: All items are shipped via Australia Post in Prepaid Parcel Post satchels at a maximum cost of $6.20. If required, a Prepaid Express Post satchel (500g) is charged at $9.20.
Shipping and handling costs are the same as the actual postage charged to Fox and Kitten by Australia Post.
Orders over $75 will receive FREE SHIPPING to any valid Australian address.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International rates vary depending upon your location and the items you choose however the following information may be used as a guide for parcels up to 250g (most purchases of five or less items will fall into this category) or between 250-500g.
NZ - $7.95 (250g), or $12.15 (250-500g)
USA/Canada - $10.50 (250g), or $17.25 (250-500g) UK - $12.50 (250g), or $21.25 (250-500g)

How long will it take to receive my items?
Items will be mailed as soon as possible after your order is received, normally within two business days. Australia Post then estimates between one and seven days for delivery to most addresses within Australia.
What is your returns policy?
Fox and Kitten is happy to exchange or refund any change of mind purchases within 14 days of sale. Money will be refunded less any shipping charges or discounts. A full refund will be given if the item is faulty.
